Video Production
Initial Fee - $150 (non-refundable)
Every video produced by Quick Productions requires a non-refundable initial fee. This fee helps cover some of the initial costs of producing the video such as: purchasing MiniDV tapes, DVD's and other needed accessories. (Fee is not applied to video duplication or VHS to DVD conversions). *Note this fee is not an additional fee, but the amount must be paid before production can begin.
Minimum Cost - $250*
Why does Quick Productions require a minimum cost? A lot of behind the scenes work and time go into all of our projects we create. We do not charge for a lot of this time, so we require a minimum to assure the project will generate enough return to cover all costs. *(This dollar amount is NOT an additional fee. 1 Camera up to 5 hrs - $50/hr
Quick Productions only uses top of the line cameras such as the Canon XL-1 and the Sony HDR-FX1 (HD). Client has choice of standard 4:3 or 16:9 wide-screen for enhanced viewing.
1 Camera 6+ hrs - $40/hr
For the first 5 hours of filming, you will be charged $50/hr, for hours 6 and up the cost will reduce to $40/hr. E.g. - 7 hours of filming would consist of 5 hours at $50/hr ($250) and 2 hours at $40/hr ($80) for a total of $330.
2 Cameras up to 5 hrs - $80/hr
By adding an additional camera man, we'll be getting twice the footage which will provide a greater choice in shot selection when it comes to final production. This is very helpful for live events, but can also be useful for other projects providing simultaneous recording, which can be very useful for creating flawless transitions between shots.
2 Cameras 6+ hrs - $65/hr
For the first 5 hours of filming, you will be charged $80/hr, for hours 6 and up the cost will reduce to $65/hr. E.g. - 7 hours of filming would consist of 5 hours at $80/hr ($400) and 2 hours at $65/hr ($130) for a total of $530. (back to pricing list)
Per Hour up to 8 hrs - $35/hr
This package will be used if the client has their own footage they would like to be professionally edited. All materials will be edited with Final Cut Studio 2.
Additional hrs after 8 - $25/hr
Special Effects - $40/hr
Using Apple's Motion 2, Quick Productions is able to offer 3d special effects, animation, and unique motion projects that allow a video to take on virtual 3d space. Also great for a photo montage or to add a professional look to any project. Ask for more details. (back to pricing list)
When a client needs both filming and editing service, which is the common choice for most clients, two choices exist. A client can choose to pay hourly from the prices given above in the Filming and Editing sections, or a client may choose to meet with a representative to determine a set fee for the production. Although we try to be very accurate with our estimates in the amount of time it may take to finish your project, there is many unknowns that could cause a project to take longer including: fine tuning transitions, perfecting special effects, etc. Contact us if you are interested in discussing a set fee for your next project. All finished products come with two DVD's and Quick Productions will store all projects for a minimum of one year incase the client needs more copies or wants to update an existing project. Want your DVD to have an intricate intro that looks like many of the DVD's your rent from the store? With the use of Motion 2 and DVD Studio Pro, Quick Productions has the ability to design a DVD menu that is customized to the client's need.

Every project Quick Productions produces will receive two free DVD's. If a client plans to distribute the production on DVD's, Quick Productions has the ability to create duplicates.

Today VHS is becoming an obsolete technology. To keep your favorite memories viewable, Quick Productions offers VHS to DVD conversion. Bring in any VHS movie or Hi8 tape and have it converted to a DVD.
Conversion Process - $30 one time fee
Additional DVD's - $4.50 ea.

Web Design

Quick Productions takes a personal commitment with all clients to develop the best in design and functionality based on each clients needs. To ensure the clients commitment, we require a non-refundable $100 initial fee. *Note this fee is not an additional fee!

Per Hour - $40/hr
This per hour package includes a total of 10 pages. Included with the html coding is the design as well. Unlike many other web designers, we don't charge an extra design fee. (back to pricing list)

This per hour package includes design and coding in flash. Whether you need a small flash slideshow to catch your customers eye, or a fully functional flash intro to impress your clients, Quick Productions has you covered. (back to pricing list)
Per Item Being Sold - $4 ea.
By selling online, your company can reach customers worldwide with safe and secure shopping through paypal. For each item you want to sell online, we simply charge a low coding fee of $4 for each item. Many other companies also charge to build a shopping cart, but Quick Productions offers this for free! Each customer that visits your site will have their own paypal shopping cart to store items until they are ready to check out, making it the most effective way to shop online! 5 pages maintained - $15/mo
Additional Pages - $2 ea/mo
At Quick Productions, we know simply getting a website up and running is just the beginning. Many companies require information to continually be maintained and updated, which is why we offer a low cost solution to keeping your information current. Select any five pages for Quick Productions to maintain for $15/mo. If you need more than 5 pages maintained, prices would follow this example - 7 pages maintained is $15/mo for 5 pages + 2 pages a $2/ea equaling a total of $19/mo. (back to pricing list)
Additional fees include hosting and domain registration for clients who do not yet have a website.
Domain Restration Fee - $20 one time fee
Hosting Fee - $10/mo or $100/yr (save $20!)
If paying monthly, payment must be made one month in advanced. First charge will be $20 for current month and following month. (back to pricing list)
